Platform status

What platforms is Fields of Mistria on?

Fields of Mistria is officially available for Windows PC and is Steam Deck compatible. NPC Studio says it is evaluating additional platform support, but it has not announced a console schedule.

Confirmed platform status

Windows PC
Confirmed. The developer's official FAQ names Windows PC, and the Steam store page lists Windows 10 requirements.
Steam Deck
Confirmed compatible. NPC Studio explicitly calls the game Steam Deck compatible in its official FAQ. This is compatibility with the Steam version, not a separate edition.
Nintendo Switch
No release has been announced. The official FAQ says only that additional platform support is being evaluated; it does not name Switch or provide a date.
PlayStation and Xbox
No releases have been announced. Neither platform family is named in the current official availability statement, and NPC Studio has not published a console timetable in the sources checked here.

Is Fields of Mistria coming to consoles?

The honest answer is unknown. Before 1.0, NPC Studio said it would evaluate potential ports later. Its current FAQ still says the team is evaluating additional platform support and asks players to stay tuned. That confirms consideration, not a Switch, PlayStation or Xbox release.

There is no official console release date or launch window in the Fields of Mistria FAQ or the developer's 1.0 FAQ as checked on August 9, 2026.

Is Fields of Mistria multiplayer?

The official Steam listing currently identifies Fields of Mistria as single-player. The official sources checked for this page do not publish a multiplayer roadmap, so future multiplayer support is unknown. A single-player store label is not evidence that multiplayer can never be added.

Does it have cross-save?

Official cross-save support is unknown. Steam lists Steam Cloud, but the official sources checked here do not describe save transfer between PC and any future console version. Steam Cloud should not be treated as confirmation of cross-platform progression.
