Steam records both the Early Access and full-release dates on the official store page. NPC Studio also announced August 5, 2026 as the 1.0 date in its release announcement.

What Fields of Mistria 1.0 added

The official 1.0 patch notes identify these progression and relationship milestones:

• The Town Repair questline can be completed, with the town Renown cap raised to 100.
• NPC relationships reach 10 Hearts, including proposal events, weddings, marriage and children.
• The museum can be completed, with additional museum sets and rewards.
• Steam achievements were added; eligible achievements populate retroactively from an existing save.
• Seven beta localizations were added: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Japanese, Korean, Russian and Spanish.

NPC Studio describes the game and its storylines as completable in 1.0, while also stating that 1.0 is not the end of support. The developer's 1.0 FAQ says additional content updates and patches are planned.

Do old saves work with 1.0?

Yes. NPC Studio says all saves carry over to 1.0 and can access the new content regardless of prior progress. Players do not need a new save for achievements already earned; supported achievements are awarded retroactively after loading the save. This comes directly from the official 1.0 FAQ and patch notes.

Localization status

The seven languages released with 1.0 are explicitly labeled beta localizations. The current official FAQ says they were roughly 75% complete at the 1.0 launch and will continue to be updated and refined. Missing localized text may temporarily appear in English, according to the 1.0 FAQ.

Latest patch checked: v1.0.2

As of this page's August 9, 2026 source check, the newest official notes published by NPC Studio are for patch v1.0.2. The patch adds hairstyles and includes performance, localization, quality-of-life, bug and crash fixes. Its notes also maintain a known-issues section, so this page does not treat 1.0.2 as a claim that every issue is resolved.
