Where Seridia enters the story
The Dragon Priestess first appears through the Mines, beginning around Floor 20 as the seal questline unfolds. Her true name and dragon identity are revealed much later, after the final seal and the completion of the Mines story. That is why she does not behave like an ordinary town candidate at the beginning of a save.
Do not grind gifts while the story gate is still closed and expect the route to advance normally. Continue the Mines quests, break the seals, and let the character become fully available before treating her schedule like the rest of the village.
The 8-heart decision
At 8 hearts, after the Mines questline is complete, Seridia sends a letter that begins Your Heart Desires and asks you to meet her at the temple. The event contains the friendship-or-romance choice. Pick the romantic response if you want to continue toward the 10-heart proposal and marriage arc.
Because her route is tied to major story progress, a high heart count alone is not enough. If the letter has not arrived, check the Mines questline before assuming the friendship system is broken.

Seridia is one of the 12 complete romance candidates in 1.0. Her route can continue through 10 hearts, proposal, wedding, marriage, and children. The general relationship systems are shared, but her story gate remains part of what makes the route distinct.
